About The Position

Operates a straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with a front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or forks to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage yards to manufacturing bays, construction sites, or similar locations. This role is responsible for loading and unloading bulk materials, such as steel, from vendor deliveries and transporting equipment, such as conveyors, within the storage yard and manufacturing building(s). The operator will also perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.

Requirements

• Experience operating a straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle with a front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or forks.
