Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment, preferably in a concrete, aggregate, or construction environment.
Working knowledge of safe equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.
Ability to read and interpret equipment service and repair manuals.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and vendors.
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate front-end loaders and related heavy equipment to move raw materials and support production processes
Manage raw material inventory by maintaining proper bin levels and ensuring smooth material flow
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety
Maintain a clean, organized yard and plant area to promote safety and operational efficiency
Assist with general plant maintenance and upkeep as needed
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Support a positive, team-oriented culture by upholding the company’s core values and safety standards
