About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role operates a front-end loader to move, load, and stockpile materials safely and efficiently. The operator will perform pre-use inspections, routine equipment checks, and maintain consistent material flow to support production and meet operational targets. Adherence to all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and site policies is crucial. Effective communication with team members is necessary to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a dynamic environment
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and report equipment issues
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Reliability, accountability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be 18 years of age or older
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check
Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment
