About The Position
Rock Pros USA is seeking a reliable Shipping Loader Operator to play a critical role in our quarry and crushing operations. This position focuses on safely and efficiently loading trucks for shipping, managing stockpiles, and keeping production moving. Requirements
- 2-3 years of heavy equipment operation experience, preferably with front-end loaders
- Experience in quarry, mining, or crushing environments preferred
- Willingness to operate additional equipment as assigned
- Commitment to safety and compliance with MSHA and company safety policies
- Ability to assist with basic plant maintenance and general labor tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive work ethic and willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Active MSHA certification (or ability to obtain/refresh)
- Experience in crushing or aggregate operations
- Mechanical aptitude or basic equipment maintenance knowledge
Responsibilities
- Load trucks efficiently for shipping and delivery
- Manage stockpiles to maintain continuous plant operations
- Feed the crusher plant as needed
- Support plant operations, including assisting with screen changes, unclogging crushers, cleanup, and general labor
- Operate additional equipment as assigned (feed loader, mining loader, dozer, excavator, hammer hoe, haul truck)
