About The Position

R+L Carriers is hiring a Forklift Operator Lead at its Lexington, Kentucky Service Center to load and unload trailers. The role involves supervising dock workers and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented LTL environment. Candidates should have a good work ethic and attendance record, work effectively with others, and be able to read manifests. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with various shifts.

Requirements

• Previous leadership, warehouse, and forklift experience in a fast-paced LTL environment.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Good loading and unloading skills.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Good work ethic and attendance record.
• Ability to work well with others in a team and fast-paced environment.
