Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Loader II to join our team in Princeton, MN! Since 1947, Crystal Cabinet Works has been a custom cabinet manufacturer located in central Minnesota. Requirements

  • Ability to start computers for automated finishing lines (primer, enamels, topcoat, etc.) and assure that all is correct and adjust as needed.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems on finishing lines (e.g., dirty sensors, dirty or misaligned spray tips).
  • Ability to coordinate incoming work according to production and order finish materials in a timely manner.
  • Ability to prepare cleaning carts for belt cleaning and lock them in.
  • Ability to clean spray gun tips and install them in the booth.
  • Ability to review paperwork and determine which finishes are needed and order them throughout the shift.
  • Ability to flush pumps and lines and clean tips as needed to ensure efficient production.
  • Ability to complete process sheets for jobs.
  • Ability to run tests at the beginning of the shift and adjust as necessary.
  • Ability to conduct QC operations to ensure finish within specification (mil check, oven temperature, etc.).
  • Ability to load belt appropriately per order with starting and ending blocks.
  • Ability to inspect components for flaws and fix them if possible or send them out for repair.
  • Ability to run rework through finishing lines as needed.
  • Ability to clean machines and assist with maintenance as needed.
  • Ability to maintain a working knowledge of the various wood species and paint colors and differentiate between them.
