About The Position
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our powder coating team. The Load/Unload Associate is responsible for loading metal parts onto the production line before the powder coating process and unloading finished products after coating. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and the ability to safely handle materials throughout the production process.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Load metal parts, components, and products onto racks or conveyor systems.
- Unload finished products after the powder coating process.
- Inspect parts for quality and report any defects or damage.
- Prepare materials for coating and packaging.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed.
