About The Position
This is a full-time Load Former (General Labor) position on the 2nd shift, working Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime. The role involves assisting machine operators, stacking finished boxes, monitoring quality, completing production reports, and performing basic maintenance and housekeeping. This position offers opportunities for career advancement to machine operator roles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with loud noise levels
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
- Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally required to sit.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators in setting up and running corrugated box production equipment
- Stack finished boxes according to specifications
- Monitor product quality and report issues
- Complete accurate production reports
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties
