About The Position

The Load Builder receives finished products from production departments and organizes them into route carts or bins for delivery or storage. This role assembles customer orders for shipment as part of the production and distribution team and reports to the Production Manager.

The position involves physical tasks throughout the work shift in production areas of an industrial laundry facility. The environment may include temperature variations, humidity, odors, lint, and dust. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background and drug screening.

Requirements

• Recognize product colors, sizes, and types.
• Count and sort textiles for order assembly.
• Inspect finished products to identify quality concerns.
• Follow written packing instructions and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished, cleaned products from production departments and organize them for order assembly.
• Review packing requirements and place the correct products into designated route carts, bins, or storage locations.
• Maintain product flow in the load-building area to support delivery schedules.
• Identify and report product shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to management.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and safety standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Log in and out of Spindle, the internal productivity tracking system.
