GT Biosciences is a seed-stage techbio startup building Deliveromics, the first AI-powered, high-throughput, multiplexed in vivo data engine for cracking the design rules of drug delivery. GT Biosciences is seeking a mission-driven, multidisciplinary LNP Scientist to join our Deliveromics Platform Development team to advance the next generation of non-viral delivery technologies. In this role, you will design and develop novel ionizable lipids, engineer ligand-conjugated lipid nanoparticle formulations, support Deliveromics in vivo screening, and evaluate performance using both in vitro assays and in vivo animal models. You will be responsible for experimental planning and execution, data analysis and interpretation, and the clear communication of results. As one of the earliest scientific hires at an emerging techbio company, you will have the opportunity to shape platform development, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute directly to transformative delivery solutions for genetic medicines. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Cambridge, MA.
