About The Position

LNA Skilled Nursing Facilities New Hampshire - Lebanon, Franklin, Claremont, Concord, Milford, Keene, Rochester, Exeter Contract Days/Mid/Nights $18-$21/hr

Requirements

• Active LNA license
• CPR/BLS (if available)
• 1 year of experience

Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting or incontinence care.
• Assist residents with walking, transferring between beds and wheelchairs, and repositioning bedbound residents to prevent pressure sores.
• Serve meal trays, feed residents who need assistance, and track fluid and food intake.
• Measure and record blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, and daily output (urine/bowel movements).
• Alert LPNs or RNs immediately about changes in a resident’s physical condition, skin breakdown, mood, or behavior.
• Keep resident rooms clean and safe, answer call lights promptly, change bed linens, and provide emotional support.
