About The Position
This is a contract position for a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in New Hampshire, with opportunities in Lebanon, Franklin, Claremont, Concord, Milford, Keene, Rochester, and Exeter. The role involves providing direct care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff. The position offers flexible scheduling with day, mid, and night shifts available.
Requirements
- Active LNA license
- 1 year of experience

Responsibilities
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting or incontinence care.
- Assist residents with walking, transferring between beds and wheelchairs, and repositioning bedbound residents to prevent pressure sores.
- Serve meal trays, feed residents who need assistance, and track fluid and food intake.
- Measure and record blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, and daily output (urine/bowel movements).
- Alert LPNs or RNs immediately about changes in a resident’s physical condition, skin breakdown, mood, or behavior.
- Keep resident rooms clean and safe, answer call lights promptly, change bed linens, and provide emotional support.
