About The Position
The LNA works in the Cardiac/Med Surg/Tele unit at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. This role offers an opportunity to expand LNA skills, knowledge, and experience. The position is onsite and scheduled for 36 hours per week across three 12-hour day shifts, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The unit provides an 8:1 LNA-to-patient ratio, flexible scheduling with self-scheduling options, a variety of patients with different acuity levels, and nursing support through exceptional teamwork.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of a nursing assistant program.
- LNA licensure.
- ARC or AHA BLS certification.
- Three months of LNA experience is preferred, preferably in an acute care setting.
