LNA - Long Term Care (Days)
About The Position
Provide basic nursing and restorative care under the supervision of LPNs and RNs. Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Assist with ambulation, transfers, positioning, range of motion, and mobility. Assist with feeding, hydration, toileting, bowel/bladder training, and intake/output. Follow resident care plans and maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality. Report significant changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff. Follow infection control practices and facility policies. Respond appropriately to emergencies and maintain a safe environment. Support residents’ participation in their care according to their abilities.
Requirements
- 1+ year of current experience – Required.
- Must be willing to float – Required.
- New Hampshire RN/LPN/CNA license as applicable.
- Compact license accepted where applicable.
- BLS through AHA – Required.
- COVID vaccination series – Required; declinations/exemptions are not accepted.
Nice To Haves
- Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred.
- Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred.
