About The Position

Warde Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Windham, NH is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join their dedicated care team. Warde includes a 36-bed senior residential community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility offering both short-term rehab and long-term care. Requirements

• Must be at least 18
• Must have High school graduate or GED
• Must be a licensed LNA with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the start and end of each shift
• Review care plans daily to ensure individualized, appropriate care
• Observe residents frequently throughout your shift to ensure needs are being met
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA standards
• Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect
• Encourage residents to maintain independence and function at their highest level

Benefits

• Competitive Pay
• Base Rates from $25.00/hr. to $29.92/hr. depending on experience
• Base + 11-7 Shift Differential $2.00 during the weekday and $3.00 during the weekend
