About The Position

Ridgewood Center in Bedford, NH, with three decades of excellence and a new management team, is hiring full-time Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) for day and evening shifts. A $3,000 retention bonus is offered for evening shifts. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits or modified compensation in lieu of benefits. Requirements

Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.

Responsibilities

Works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care.
Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
Participate in the care planning process.
