About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an LNA for home care overnight shifts in Manchester and surrounding areas. This role offers one-on-one care, eliminating facility ratios and providing flexible scheduling. It's an opportunity for LNAs to transition from facility work to a more personalized care setting, building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. Home care offers the chance to work independently while making a significant difference, with supportive office staff available when needed.
Requirements
- Current New Hampshire LNA license.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Home care experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Document care provided according to company policies.
- Follow individualized care plans.
