About The Position

Benchmark at Rye is expanding its award-winning memory care community with 70 new Assisted Living apartments and is seeking LNAs/PCAs/Caregivers to join their team. The primary role involves delivering care to residents in a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. This position offers evening shifts (2p-10p) with additional opportunities available on days and overnights. Benchmark is committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within its workplace.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed
