Fully Licensed LMSW Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Ellie Mental Health – Clinton Township is seeking a fully licensed Michigan LMSW who wants more than simply a place to see clients. Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work
- Active Michigan LMSW license with full clinical licensure
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and supporting colleagues
- Comfort using Microsoft 365 and electronic health record systems
- Full-time clinicians must maintain an average of 25 completed client sessions per week to remain eligible for full-time status and benefits.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with children, couples, or families is a plus
- Private-practice experience preferred
- Valant experience is a plus
- Leadership or clinical supervision experience is welcomed but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to teens and adults; experience with children, couples, or families is a plus
- Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely clinical documentation
- Deliver compassionate, creative, and evidence-informed care
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
- Maintain healthy professional boundaries and high standards of client care
- Provide in-office counseling at least four days per week
- Offer some evening or Saturday availability
- Participate in regular meetings with team and the Clinical Director
