Requirements

Fully Licensed LMSW – Mental Health Therapist
Fully licensed Michigan LMSW
Master’s degree in social work
Active Michigan LMSW license with full clinical licensure
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and supporting colleagues
Comfort using Microsoft 365 and electronic health record systems
Full-time clinicians must maintain an average of 25 completed client sessions per week

Nice To Haves

experience with children, couples, or families is a plus
Private-practice experience preferred
Valant experience is a plus
Leadership or clinical supervision experience is welcomed but not required

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy to teens and adults; experience with children, couples, or families is a plus
Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely clinical documentation
Deliver compassionate, creative, and evidence-informed care
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
Maintain healthy professional boundaries and high standards of client care
Provide in-office counseling at least four days per week
Offer some evening or Saturday availability
Participate in regular meetings with team and the Clinical Director
