About The Position
The LMS Technology Specialist will manage and administer various LMS platforms, including FedTalent, Percipio, and Totara. This role involves virtual training implementation, online courseware/content development, and integrating the LMS with third-party systems. Responsibilities also include data migration, SCORM configuration, Power BI and LMS reporting, help desk/user support, workforce competency assessments, 508 accessibility support, and providing LMS modernization recommendations.
Requirements
- 10+ years with federal LMS systems
- Strong technical support, web development, programming, and information security skills
- LMS platform expertise (FedTalent, Percipio, Totara)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT / CS / related field
- Industry certifications
- Strong communication and customer support skills
