About The Position

Our client is seeking a Junior LMS Developer to support the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of learning management systems. This role assists with training tracking, reporting, workflows, and program coordination to ensure accurate and accessible learning data within a mission-critical federal healthcare environment. This position supports operational readiness by ensuring accurate training tracking, certification compliance, and access to learning resources. The work you do here enables leadership to make informed decisions and ensures personnel meet required training and compliance standards for the Defense Health Agency (DHA).

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance or Public Trust (Tier III) and U.S. citizenship are required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in LMS administration, instructional technology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Basic understanding of data reporting and dashboards — specifically familiarity with Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Candidates should understand what the dashboards produce and what the data means, even if they haven't built them directly.
  • Demonstrated ability to track tasks, follow up consistently, and close the loop daily is a must.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in configuring LMS platforms including course setup, user management, and content uploads.
  • Support day-to-day LMS operations including troubleshooting and user support.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining automated workflows for training tracking and approvals.
  • Support implementation of tools that streamline processes for the Operations Division.
  • Maintain LMS data integrity including course completions, certifications, and user records.
  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards for leadership review.
  • Track training initiatives, action items, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Support development of briefs and reports for leadership.
  • Maintain document repositories and ensure accessibility of training materials.
  • Support SharePoint or similar platforms for collaboration and document sharing.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data for learning needs assessments.
  • Support alignment of training offerings with identified requirements.
  • Assist in tracking CE activities, participation, and related administrative processes.
  • Support coordination of training events, meetings, and conferences.
