About The Position

This position is in the Livestock/Pens Department and involves working directly with cattle. Responsibilities include receiving, unloading/loading, ensuring accurate counts, and moving cattle in a humane manner. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm, cleaning cattle and work areas, preparing accurate paperwork, and rotating to various jobs within the department. The ability to operate a forklift or other department equipment is also necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time - will require walking on elevated platforms/walkways and uneven surfaces
• Must be able to withstand varying outside temperatures
• Must be able to push, lift pull 70+ lbs
• Must be able to use all safety equipment
• Stable work history

Nice To Haves

• Previous industry experience preferred
