About The Position

Clean Nutra runs 10–14 hour daily livestreams on TikTok Shop — multiple hosts rotating through a single continuous broadcast, selling real product in real time. This role is for a Live Studio Production Manager to own this operation end-to-end. The production setup is intentionally lean — iPhone and mic, no full crew — but the operation is demanding. On any given day you're managing 10–15 hosts rotating through a live stream that doesn't stop. This is a people-and-performance leadership role. Your core job is to maximize live GMV — and everything you do, from building the talent roster to managing the rotation schedule to coaching hosts in real time, feeds that number. Your performance will be directly tied to live GMV output. You will write the playbook and report directly to leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience managing talent, creators, or on-camera personalities in a high-output, fast-paced environment
  • Background in live commerce, livestreaming, or direct-response media (TikTok Shop, QVC, home shopping, live events — all relevant)
  • A track record of driving revenue through people — you've managed talent and owned a sales or performance number
  • Proven ability to build and manage a rotating talent roster under ongoing operational pressure
  • Strong eye for on-camera performance — you know when a host is selling and when they're losing the room
  • Recruiter instincts: you can find talent, pitch the opportunity, and close
  • Systems thinker — you document everything, build for scale, and eliminate single points of failure
  • Calm and decisive when things break live — and they will
  • Las Vegas-based or committed to relocation

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on TikTok Shop or TikTok LIVE experience
  • Background in e-commerce or DTC brands
  • Experience scaling a live program from a small roster to a larger operation
  • Comfortable with basic streaming tech — you don't need a crew, but you shouldn't be afraid of the tools

Responsibilities

  • Own daily live stream operations — managing 10–14 hour continuous TikTok Shop broadcasts with 10–15 rotating hosts
  • Drive live GMV performance; your success is measured by what the stream sells — you are accountable for the number
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a deep bench of live hosts; always have talent in the pipeline before you need it
  • Own the talent rotation schedule — who's live, when, for how long, and who recovers while who's up next
  • Monitor live performance in real time: conversion, engagement, GMV — and make adjustments on the fly to protect revenue
  • Set and enforce host standards: on-camera energy, product knowledge, selling cadence, and brand voice
  • Build SOPs for host onboarding, rotation, performance coaching, and off-boarding — documented and repeatable
  • Identify performance gaps early and coach or replace before they hit the bottom line
  • Work closely with content and marketing teams to align live programming with campaigns and promos
  • Track and report on live performance metrics: daily GMV, revenue per host, stream uptime, and talent pipeline depth
