About The Position

Thousands of real players watch and interact with our hosts every single day from their phones and computers. You're not working a casino floor. You're on a set. This role involves sitting at a lit studio table, welcoming players via live stream, dealing cards or spinning a roulette wheel, announcing winners, and keeping the energy going - every shift, on camera. It's part performance, part professionalism. We train you on everything from day one.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must qualify for a CT gaming license (guidance and cost coverage provided)
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to read and speak English
• Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
• Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
• Ability to work a full time schedule
• Ability to wear 2” + heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time (for Game Show Hosts)
