On-Camera Game Host — Up to $27/hr + Full Benefits | Fairfield, CT Studio
About The Position
We are looking for individuals who are natural on camera – confident, warm, and sharp. The role involves hosting live games, interacting with players in real-time, and making each session an engaging event. Comprehensive training on all games will be provided; the primary requirement from day one is your personality. A typical shift involves hosting games like blackjack, roulette, and other popular games from a broadcast table, going live to thousands of online players, interacting with live player chat, and maintaining professionalism and energy throughout. Each shift is a live performance with a corresponding paycheck.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Eligible to obtain a CT gaming license (provided and paid by Evolution).
- Clear pre-employment background check.
- Must read and speak English fluently.
- Professional on-camera appearance (detailed guidelines provided at time of hire).
- Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables.
- Repeated use of both hands and arms.
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities.
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away.
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule.
- Ability to wear 2”+ heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time (for Game Show Hosts).

- Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, customer service, entertainment, or brand work.
