About The Position
The Live Production Intern will gain exposure to various aspects of the department, including content loading, control room operations, video editing, script planning, and content brainstorming. This role involves interaction with numerous departments and colleagues across all levels. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for live production, editing experience, and a strong desire to learn about creating memorable fan experiences from conception to completion. In-game support is a requirement alongside general office hours.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of live production in a control room environment
- Self-starter with the ability to be creative within a structured environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and quick learner
- Must be a strong communicator and cross-organizational collaborator
- Willing to work during and outside regular business hours, with a varying weekly schedule
- Available to work +/- 25 hours per week

- Excited to learn about creating unforgettable fan experiences from concept to execution
Responsibilities
- Load and test content at Climate Pledge Arena for display on in-venue LEDs
- Control Room Support on game nights, stepping in as needed at a variety of positions
- Work on video editing projects as assigned, such as creating in-game highlights or feature cutdowns
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions leading up to game nights
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of pre-game paperwork and emails
- Provide assistance and support to the team with other initiatives and programs as needed
