About The Position

The Live Production Intern will have exposure to several areas across the department, including content loading, control room positions, video editing, script planning, content brainstorming, and more. This role will interact with a number of departments and colleagues of all levels. The ideal candidate has a passion for live production, experience editing, and is excited to learn about creating unforgettable fan experiences from concept to execution. In-game support is required in addition to general office hours.

Requirements

Basic understanding of live production in a control room environment
Self-starter with the ability to be creative within a structured environment
Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and quick learner
Must be a strong communicator and cross-organizational collaborator
Willing to work during and outside regular business hours, with a varying weekly schedule
Available to work +/- 25 hours per week

Responsibilities

Load and test content at Climate Pledge Arena for display on in-venue LEDs
Control Room Support on game nights, stepping in as needed at a variety of positions
Work on video editing projects as assigned, such as creating in-game highlights or feature cutdowns
Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions leading up to game nights
Assist with the preparation and distribution of pre-game paperwork and emails
Provide assistance and support to the team with other initiatives and programs as needed
