About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Live Oak Bar Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. This position is responsible for the overall customer experience and satisfaction in Live Oak. The Live Oak Manager also oversees a team of employees and is responsible for training, performance reviews and disciplinary process for the department. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Live Oak Manager to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• Two to three years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Strong business acumen
• Strong knowledge of wine/beverage program
• US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
• Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
