About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Live Oak Bar Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance. This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Live Oak Manager is responsible for the overall customer experience and satisfaction in Live Oak. The Live Oak Manager also oversees a team of employees and is responsible for training, performance reviews and disciplinary process for the department. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Live Oak Manager to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• Two to three years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Strong business acumen
• Strong knowledge of wine/beverage program
• US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
• Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
