The Supported Living Group (SLG) provides industry-leading non-medical community-based and person-focused support services to individuals utilizing Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver I & II, and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Waiver supports across Connecticut. The Live In Residential Manager will support the physical and emotional well-being of their assigned brain injury waiver client(s), provide transportation to vocational settings and medical appointments, assist with meal preparation, financial management of the home, and general upkeep of the residence. They are responsible for providing a safe home environment, medication reminders, and reporting any changes in client condition, maintaining a clean and safe home at all times. This role has 24/7 accountability with limited daily hours off shift.

- ABI Experience Preferred
Responsibilities
