About The Position

Absolute Childcare is recruiting a warm, reliable Live-in Nanny/Housekeeper for a lovely Italian family in Kew, Richmond (TW9 4BQ), starting ASAP. The role involves caring for three girls in sole charge, aged 14, 12 and 9. Responsibilities include supporting them with routines, school runs/pickups, homework encouragement, taking them to activities, and managing appointments/diaries. Housekeeping duties during school hours include laundry and ironing, house organizing, general household cleaning, and errands. The position is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with split shifts: mornings 7:00–8:30 am and afternoons 3:00–5:00 pm, with occasional evening cover from 7:00–8:00 pm. Hours during the day will be housekeeping focused.

Requirements

• Experienced with school-age children, particularly older children/pre-teens
• Confident managing household tasks alongside childcare
• Trustworthy, organised, and comfortable living as part of a family setup while maintaining professional boundaries
• Available to start immediately
• Experienced in Housekeeping duties
• Happy to clean, cook for the children and take care of family laundry
