About The Position
A residential property with 100+ units is seeking a Live-In Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day upkeep and ensure the community runs smoothly. This is an on-site position for someone who takes ownership of the property's condition and responds quickly when issues arise.
Requirements
- Experience in property or building maintenance
- Willingness to live on-site
- Comfortable handling a range of repair and maintenance issues across a large property
Responsibilities
- Handle general repairs and maintenance throughout the property
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies as they arise, including after hours given the live-in nature of the role
- Oversee the upkeep of common areas, grounds, and building systems across 100+ units
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for larger repairs or projects
