About The Position

ABC Education Group is seeking a compassionate and responsible couple to serve as live-in House Parents for a group of top high school student-athletes from across the United States who attend Saddle River Day School. This is a meaningful, mission-driven opportunity to create a structured and supportive home environment while mentoring talented young athletes as they balance academics, athletic training, and personal development.

Requirements

• Two adults must apply and serve together. Applicants may be a couple, siblings, a parent and adult child, or another established two-person household team.
• Age 25+
• Available full-time from September 2026 through June 2027
• Must complete an interview and background check
• Able to maintain a structured home routine and establish appropriate boundaries
• Comfortable supporting high-performing student-athletes with busy school and training schedules
• Willing to follow all ABC Education Group policies and safety guidelines
• Responsible, patient, organized, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and supervision for the student-athletes
• Prepare and serve three daily meals, including packed school lunches
• Support the students’ transportation needs for school and athletic activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive home environment
• Provide emotional support and serve as responsible adult guardians
• Help students maintain healthy routines while balancing academics and athletic commitments
• Encourage responsibility, teamwork, respectful behavior, and personal growth
• Uphold all household safety standards and ABC Education Group policies
