Requirements

Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills
21 years of age
Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Pass a background check through DSHS
Be available to work Wednesday-Wednesday, one week on and one week off

Responsibilities

Teaching and coaching individuals according to habilitative plans.
Assisting with or providing basic living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene & medication.
Providing supervision & engagement.
Facilitating community outings.
