About The Position
AmeriCare Plus is hiring Live-In Caregivers to provide one-on-one care while living in a client’s home. Caregivers work a rotating schedule of two weeks on followed by one to two weeks off, with weekly pay for up to 40 hours per week. The schedule is intended to provide continuity for clients and predictable time off for caregivers. Part-time or full-time arrangements are available to meet the caregiver’s availability. The company provides meals while caregivers are in the client’s home, transportation to and from the client, personal protective equipment, and ongoing training, including specialization. A PCA class is offered for uncertified caregivers. Applicants must have a valid Virginia ID, a Social Security card, and two professional references. AmeriCare Plus describes itself as an established personal care agency with 30 years of service.
