Requirements

• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant, license must be in good standing, must be current, not lapsed.
• Driver's license, reliable insured vehicle (must have a vehicle).
• Ability to speak the English language very clearly and comprehend the English language.
• Experience of 2 years minimum in the home live-in setting.
• Pass a background check.
• Provide 3 references pertaining to job applying to.
• Physically fit, aide will have a full day schedule, on their feet 10-13 hours per day.
• Reside in a state that they are able to bring their vehicle to the case.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and personalized home care to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Foster an atmosphere that assists clients with feelings of purpose, dignity, and joy.
• Engage in meaningful conversations and foster emotional connections with clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Prepare nutritious, tasty home-cooked meals that follow the care-plan and client requests.
• Ensure medication management and reminders when required.
• Organize and provide transportation to doctor's appointments, outings, and errands in your own reliable vehicle.
• Build trust with clients and their families.
• Demonstrate empathy and integrity in every interaction.
