About The Position

Traditions Home Health Services is seeking a Full-Time Live-In Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate home care. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients' lives. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, fostering emotional well-being, maintaining a clean environment, preparing meals, managing medications, and providing transportation. The ideal candidate is reliable, experienced, caring, and committed to excellence.

Requirements

Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a current, good-standing license.
Driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
Ability to speak and comprehend English clearly.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a home live-in setting.
Ability to pass a background check.
Provide 3 job-related references.
Physically fit to be on feet for 10-13 hours per day.
Reside in a state from which you can bring your vehicle to the case.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and personalized home care to clients according to their care plan.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
Foster an atmosphere that assists clients with a feeling of purpose, dignity, and joy.
Engage in meaningful conversations and foster emotional connections with clients.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Prepare nutritious meals that follow the care plan and client requests.
Ensure medication management and reminders when required.
Organize and provide transportation to doctor's appointments, outings, and errands.
Build trust with clients and their families.
Demonstrate empathy and integrity in every interaction.
