Live-In CNA Position in Vero Beach
About The Position
AccordCare is seeking compassionate and reliable Live-In Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide care to clients in Vero Beach and surrounding areas. This position offers the opportunity to help clients live safely and independently at home while building a rewarding career. The role involves providing comprehensive care according to the client's Plan of Care, including personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. A screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required for this role.
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate (required)
- Current CPR certification (in-person preferred)
- NEGATIVE TB Test / NEGATIVE QuantiFERON Blood Test
- Must pass Level 2 background screening and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and willingness to drive patient (required)

Responsibilities
- Provide care according to the client’s Plan of Care
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Provide medication reminders as directed
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Support safety, comfort, and daily routines in a live-in setting
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and quality care standards
