Live In Caregiver - McKinney TX
About The Position
One You Love Homecare is looking for a dependable, compassionate Live-In Caregiver for a client in the McKinney area. This is a 24-hour live-in shift position with 16 working hours per day and an 8-hour designated sleep period in the home. Multiple-day shifts are available with a rotating caregiver schedule. The caregiver will be paid hourly for all working hours, with overtime applicable. The caregiver will have a designated 8-hour sleep period each night, and any required care or interruptions during this time must be documented and reported as time worked. One You Love Homecare provides compassionate care where clients are most comfortable – at home.
Requirements
- Reliable and comfortable with live-in care
- Compassionate and patient
- Able to remain attentive during scheduled working hours
- Comfortable staying overnight in the client's home
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in senior care preferred
Responsibilities
- Companionship and supervision
- Assistance with daily activities and personal care as needed
- Meal preparation and hydration reminders
