Dedicated Live In Caregiver Needed
About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and committed Live In Caregiver to provide quality care and companionship to a senior in the Amherst area. If you are passionate about helping others and looking for a meaningful caregiving opportunity where you can build a trusting relationship with your client, we would love to hear from you. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day while helping a senior remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own home. You'll also have the support of a dedicated and caring office team.
Requirements
- Dependable and committed
- Compassionate and patient
- Professional and respectful
- Comfortable working in a live in setting
- Attentive to the client's needs
- HHA or CNA certified when applicable
- Able to provide reliable transportation
- Work at least 20 hours per week
- Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support based on the client's individual needs.
- Personal care assistance
- Companionship and conversation
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Assistance with daily activities
- Transportation and errands when needed
- Helping the client remain safe and independent at home
