About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring live-in caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes throughout the Merrimack Valley and surrounding communities. The role supports clients in remaining safe and independent while building meaningful relationships through daily care, companionship, and supervision. Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- HHA, CNA, or PCA certification, or professional caregiving experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Plan and prepare meals.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands when applicable.
- Provide safety supervision and overnight presence.
- Encourage clients to maintain independence and dignity.
