This position involves providing care for a warm and independent female client living in her own home in Kennebunk, Maine. She shares her home with a dog and a talking parrot and is fully self-sufficient with dressing, bathing, and toileting. She is looking for a reliable, caring presence — someone who feels less like an aide and more like a trusted companion.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to prepare simple meals
• Two forms of ID
• References required

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiving or live-in experience preferred
• CNA certification is a strong advantage, but not required
• Comfortable living with pets (dog & parrot)

Responsibilities

• Companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping & laundry
• Meal preparation (3 meals daily)
• Medication reminders
• Shopping with the client
