About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Live-In Caregivers to provide 24-hour in-home support. This role offers flexible scheduling options including semi-permanent (3 months and up), short term (2 weeks to 3 months), and temporary (2 days to 2 weeks) assignments. Our caregivers benefit from stable block scheduling, providing consecutive days on followed by multiple days off. During shifts, caregivers are provided with a private space and meals. Requirements

Prior experience as a live-in caregiver, home health aide, or PCA preferred.
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Confidence with safe transfers and basic housekeeping/cooking.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to remain awake and alert for overnight safety checks.
Must be compassionate, reliable, and mindful of privacy in a client's home.

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility exercises while maintaining dignity.
Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals.
Maintain a tidy home environment through light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide timely medication reminders and track basic health indicators.
Offer companionship, engage in activities, accompany clients on walks, and support social outings or errands.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients' loved ones and the care team.
