Live-in Caregivers Wanted
About The Position
Griswold Care Pairing of Chester and Lancaster County connects seniors with caregivers who help them remain in the homes they love while receiving the assistance they need. Caregivers on our registry are independent contractors who choose their assignments and set their availability. We are looking for caregivers with a heart of gold who bring compassion, patience, and dependability to the people they care for. This is an ongoing listing, and we welcome caregiver applications year-round. Whether you are looking for a few shifts each week, additional hours, or live-in opportunities, we would love to learn about your experience and availability.
Requirements
- At least two years of caregiving experience
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for hourly caregivers; a valid state ID for live-in caregivers
- Current car insurance for caregivers using a vehicle
- Criminal background check and child abuse clearance
- TB screening documentation: TB test, chest X-ray, or QuantiFERON-TB Gold test
Nice To Haves
- Specialized experience, such as working with Hoyer lifts or other transfer equipment
