About The Position

Right at Home Boston Metro West is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver for an immediate opening in Milford, MA. This full-time position involves providing essential care to seniors and adults with disabilities, improving their quality of life. The company has over 20 years of experience and is committed to supporting its caregivers with necessary tools, training, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Must pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED
• CNA license or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification

Responsibilities

• Assisting with transfers and mobility (bed to chair, walker, etc.)
• Providing personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Performing light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes, bed linens, etc.)
• Offering medication reminders
• Accompanying clients on errands or to medical appointments
• Assisting with prescribed exercises or range-of-motion activities
• Providing companionship and engagement through conversation, music, reading, or walks
• Supporting clients with dementia or cognitive challenges
