Requirements

• Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.
• The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 POUNDS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department.
• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required.
• Receives chickens before entering the production area.
• Hangs live birds in the shackles in a humane manner.
• Rotate in position cycle as instructed.
• Sorts out DOA’s (Dead on Arrival’s) and leaves on belt.
• Understands Animal Welfare and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for any and all directives set forth by Senior Management.
• Maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
