Requirements

• No previous experience is necessary.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships are available.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including above the head and below the waist.
• Must be able to work at line speed with the ability to make coordinated hand and finger movements.
• Physically demanding working.
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (hot weather in the summer and cold weather in the winter).
• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
• Must practice good personal hygiene.
• Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for removing live tom turkeys from coups on a semi-trailer and placing them on the line for harvesting.
