About The Position
DryVac Environmental Services is a leading environmental services company based in United States. We specialize in providing efficient and eco-friendly solutions for waste management and disposal. We are currently seeking a Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our live chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in a live chat or online environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using live chat software and other computer applications
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have a quiet and professional workspace at home with reliable internet connection
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through our live chat platform
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide information about our services, products, and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols
- Meet or exceed set targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
