About The Position

Greenwave Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to join our remote customer service team. In this role, you will communicate with customers through live chat, respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and help resolve service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent written communication and typing skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, live chat, call center, or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat.
Assist customers with questions regarding logistics services, shipments, and deliveries.
Provide accurate information and helpful solutions to customer concerns.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Document customer interactions and update relevant records.
Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining excellent service quality.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.
Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Perform other related customer support and administrative duties as assigned.
